Ordering Timelines
Every effort is being made to continue to nourish and support, and get your orders to your door as fast as we can.  Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the processing and delivery/ship of your orders.

Blended has always been, and will continue to be, very strict on every step of food-safe and product handling, production, and safe-guarding around employee health. We have also been working with our delivery/shipping partners. 

Vancouver Lower Mainland Deliveries
A Contactless Delivery System is in place and move to all in-person delivery interactions to device-driven interactions has occurred.  The drivers wear gloves and masks, and keep sanitizer on hand at all times. Extra elevator-targeted safety protocols including a max 2 people in the elevator, elevator button glove wear, and no surface touching have all been implemented.  You will receive notification when your order has been dropped off.  

Purolator (Other BC & Alberta Deliveries)
Purolator has established a cross-functional COVID-19 task-force and a robust emergency preparedness plan that addresses all of their operating locations. They are following all travel and health advisories identified by the Public Health Agency of Canada and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and have implemented several safety measures to help mitigate health and safety risks to their employees and customers.

Cooliner Return: the return of used cool-liners is on pause until further notice, and we will update you on this as the situation allows.
