Weekend Smoothie Bowls

BLENDED 2 MINUTE SMOOTHIE BOWLS
(use with any of your fave Blended smoothie packs)
We've already done the work of making sure you're getting a good level of carbs, protein & healthy fats in each of the blends, so you just need to quick-prep, add the toppings, and get down to enjoying.
The Green Goodness Bowl
This one is our pick when we're feeling the need for a little self-care and a lot of nourishing goodness.
The Base
Blended smoothie pack (pick any one of): Be Green, Green Beginnings, Greens Daily Dose, Greens Love Base, Matcha Morning
Blend pack following the instructions above. Pour into bowl or mason jar.
The Toppings
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/5 cup almond slivers or no-sugar-added, baked granola
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
The Energizer Bowl
We love this one before endurance sport activity or those mornings when we needed a little extra. Shroom Energy & Maca Java have espresso rolled in, if you're looking for that kind of pick-me-up.
The Base
Blended smoothie pack (pick any one of):
Maca Energy, Shroom Energy, Maca Java, Choco Banana Hero.

Toppings
¼ cup baked, no sugar added granola or baked oats
2 tbsp almond slivers
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp date pieces (fine chopped)
The Recovery Bowl
For after-party mornings, cold & flu fighting, or post physical activity, this bowl is all about recovery. Turmeric is our key ingredient for inflammation fighting. Magnesium and potassium support electrolyte replenishing.
Pro tip: add a tsp of magnesium powder for extra-support (Calm is our go-to brand).
