How To Prepare ** Please do not heat the packaging! **
Stove: let pack soften partially, add contents to the saucepan with liquid, heat on low-medium, stirring often.
Microwave: let pack soften, add contents to bowl or mug with liquid, cover partially. Heat on LOW for 20 seconds, stir, heat for another 30 seconds. Stir.
Topping Ideas: avocado slices, pumpkin or sesame seeds, green onion, yoghurt drizzle, goat cheese, seed crackers.
