It has also proven to be an effective digestion-aid, improve joint health and skin conditions, thyroid support, and encourage brain health.
What you should also know: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of gallstones, biliary tract obstructions, and/or stomach ulcers; or if you are taking blood thinners.
