THE CHIA PARFAIT
What you'll need:
1/3 cup chia pudding (recipe below)
1 blended smoothie pack (pick your fave, let soften - pull from the freezer right before bed and store in fridge)
1/3 cup coconut or Greek yogurt
Toppings (any 2 or 3): 1 tbsp sliver almonds or coconut chips, 1/4 cup unsweetened granola, berries, or other fruits/foods you love.
Prep: Mix 1/3 cup of the prepared chia pudding with your softened blended smoothie pack (do not add other liquids). Pour into glass or mason jar. Mix well with a spoon. Layer the yogurt on top of next and then the toppings. Dig in!
*Chia Pudding: you'll need to prep ahead at least 2 hours, so we recommend making a batch to have on hand (store in the fridge for up to 5 days). This recipe makes about 3 servings.
1. Mix 1/2 cup tbsp chia pudding with 1.5 cup coconut, cashew, or oat milk.
2. Stir well and put in the fridge. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then stir it well again to avoid separating.
3. Leave the chia pudding mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours before using in the recipe above. It should be solidified, not liquid-y.
THE VITA-C TROPICAL BOWL
1 x Vita C Immunity Blended For You smoothie pack (raspberries, mango, pineapple, chia, cauliflower, pink pitaya, ashwagandha, vegan protein)
1 x small banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
Blend all of the above together to make a thick texture. Pour into bowl or mason jar.
Toppings:
Dragon fruit balls (using a melon scoop, make the balls and freeze ahead)
Berries: you pick your faves

Coconut flakes or chips (no sugar added)

THE BLENDED SUMMER COCKTAIL
What you'll need:
1 lime (the juice from) - cut one wedge out, then juice the rest)
The After Party or Be Green smoothie pack (let soften partially)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup ice
1 oz tequila or gin (optional)
1 tbsp of Tagin
Garnish options: mint, pineapple wedge, lime slices.
Wet the rim of your mason jar or glass with the lime juice or glass with the Tagin.
Add the After Party or Be Green smoothie into blender with ice, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Blend well.
Pour into glass and garnish if you're feeling it.
