Getting enough quality sleep helps keep your mind sharp, energy levels high and boost your mood. Some of our fave natural sleep supporters are pure tart cherry juice, reishi mushroom, melatonin and ashwagandha. It's important to pair these with the right foods for absorption. Matcha Green Tea
Matcha gives you a caffeine fix without the jittery vibes. It's also loaded with antioxidants & helps keep your metabolism firing. Tip: one serving has approx 1/2 the caffeine of a cup of brewed coffee (avoid consuming after 2 PM to ensure it doesn't impact your sweet sleep). We use matcha in our green Matcha Morning and Blue Mango Matcha.
